From Canada to California and then Wyoming to Texas, Debbie Caudle’s journey has taken a lot of twists and turns, but through it all she’s had a lifelong desire to help others improve their lives. She has worked over 25 rewarding years as a licensed counselor, working with individuals, couples, children and families. This experience has taught her a lot about the challenges people face in conquering their worst fears and hurdling their toughest obstacles.
As a licensed professional counselor and cofounder of Gaits of Change, she used equine-assisted psychotherapy to help families improve communication, resolve conflicts and strengthen relationships, while addressing common disorders like depression, anxiety and the effects of trauma and abuse. She now works primarily with women via her virtual office. She recently spent nine months studying the Bible at Foundation Institute, Center for Biblical Education, in Allen, Texas.
She considers it an honor to be able to pass along her experiences by contributing to Life, Hope & Truth and Discern magazine.
