Ralph Levy is a native of London, England, and now a naturalized citizen of the United States. He works primarily as a professor of theology at Foundation Institute, Center for Biblical Education, in Texas. Foundation Institute is the educational institution of the Church of God, a Worldwide Association.
Dr. Levy first came in contact with the Church of God when he was a teenager and heard a radio program that featured the subject of end-time prophecy. Years later he left his native England to go to California to study theology at Ambassador College in Pasadena, California. Through most of his professional life he has served in education, teaching Spanish, English as a second language, speech, and theology. He holds two bachelor’s degrees, a master’s degree in education, and a Ph.D., in biblical studies.
Dr. Levy travels extensively in Latin America and enjoys travel, foreign languages, teaching and art. For the Church of God, a Worldwide Association, he teaches most of the Old Testament, does bilingual translating and interpreting, and speaks to congregations in the United States and Latin America. As time permits he contributes to the publications of the Church.
