Whoever Finds Me Finds Life

Proverbs 8:34-35

Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. For whoever finds me finds life, and obtains favor from the LORD.

In this passage, Wisdom, personified as a woman, encourages all to listen and pay attention to the wise teachings that originate with God. If we seek wisdom and live by God’s wise principles, we will be responding to this “invitation to a blessed life” (NKJV Study Bible, note on Proverbs 8:32-36).
