The Commandment Is a Lamp
Proverbs 6:23
For the commandment is a lamp, and the law a light; reproofs of instruction are the way of life.
Since the time of Adam and Eve, we humans have sought to decide what is good and evil for ourselves, but we are really groping in the dark. To really see where we are going, we need the revelation of God. God’s 10 Commandments are part of that revelation that shows us how to live.
