Perversion of Justice
Proverbs 17:15
He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the just, both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD.
God is a God of justice. He is totally fair and right in all His actions and thoughts. But His adversary, Satan, perverts justice and encourages men to call evil good and good evil (Isaiah 5:20; Revelation 12:9).
To bear false witness to try to get a guilty person free or to frame an innocent person is against God’s Ninth Commandment (Exodus 20:16). Injustice is something God hates and detests—it is an abomination to Him.
