May My Meditation Be Sweet

Psalm 104:34

May my meditation be sweet to Him; I will be glad in the LORD.

God not only hears our prayers directed to Him, He is able to read our minds and know our meditations. He is pleased by godly, uplifting thoughts based on His Word and laws.

David expressed a similar thought in Psalm 19:14: “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer.”

A faithful follower of Jesus Christ wants every action and every thought to be guided by and pleasing to God.
