If You Are Christ’s, Then You Are Abraham’s Seed
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Earlier in the chapter the apostle Paul focused on the fact that Jesus Christ Himself was the ultimate fulfillment of the promised Seed of Abraham (Galatians 3:16). But Paul continues to show that Jesus Christ shares the wonderful benefits of the promises to Abraham with all who are “Christ’s”—true Christians.
No matter our physical lineage and genealogy, we can all be Abraham’s descendants spiritually. We can inherit the wonderful spiritual blessings!
