Therefore prophesy and say to them, “Thus says the Lord GOD: ‘Behold, O My people, I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel.’”
Ezekiel 37 begins with Ezekiel seeing a vision of a valley full of dry bones. God shows Ezekiel a resurrection of the people of Israel to physical life. This does not reflect the resurrection of the saints at Jesus Christ’s return, so it best fits the second resurrection described in Revelation 20:5 and 11-12. Ezekiel 37:14 explains that God’s Holy Spirit will be offered to them, which is necessary for the conversion process and which shows that many will repent and eventually be given eternal life.
