“I Will Hear From Heaven”

2 Chronicles 7:14

“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

When Solomon dedicated the temple to God, he prayed: “And may You hear the supplications of Your servant and of Your people Israel, when they pray toward this place. Hear from heaven Your dwelling place, and when You hear, forgive” (2 Chronicles 6:21).

God was pleased, and replied to Solomon by night (2 Chronicles 7:12). He reminded Solomon and all of us that He is merciful to those who humbly repent and seek Him.
