Jim Servidio is the pastor of the Houston North congregation of the Church of God, a Worldwide Association. He lives in Conroe, Texas, with his wife, Judy. They have two sons and five grandchildren.
Jim transferred to Houston from Minneapolis, Minnesota, in January of 2006. He has also worked with congregations in Oregon, Illinois, Louisiana and Maryland prior to moving to Minneapolis from Baltimore in 1993.
Jim and Judy enjoy traveling. They have been privileged to meet and serve Church members in the Philippines, Ghana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Grenada, Jamaica, Singapore, Italy, France, Ireland and England. Following the Feast of Tabernacles in 2015, the Servidios experienced their first three-day African safari near Kruger National Park in South Africa. It was an outdoor adventure of a lifetime.
Jim grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania. He went to Ambassador College in 1969 after two years as an education major at Edinboro State College just outside Erie. Jim played one year of college football before becoming a member of the Church of God and has always been an avid sports fan. Free time is spent working around the house and yard, maintaining physical fitness, keeping up with current political and social news, and visiting grandchildren and their parents in Austin, Texas.
