Bill Welch resides in Houston, Texas, with his wife, Kathy. They have two married daughters and have been blessed with four wonderful grandchildren. He has been a member of the Church of God since 1971. He attends the Houston South congregation of the Church of God, a Worldwide Association, where he serves as a deacon.
Bill was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. He lived in different cities growing up due to his father’s work. After college, he settled in Houston.
Bill works as a certified public accountant. He has a bachelor of science degree from Louisiana Tech University and a master of business administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
His hobbies include reading, baseball, golf, and traveling to the mountains with his wife. He is a classical music fan, with an affinity for Mozart, Haydn and Wagner (and occasionally the Beatles).
