Lyle Welty grew up in Indiana, and after graduating from college, he was employed by the Church of God and met and married his wife, Margie.
Their children have given them four delightful grandchildren.
He served as a pastor in Tennessee, West Virginia, Kentucky, New York, Massachusetts and Ohio before his retirement.
