Erica Golden

Erica, her husband Jacob, and their young daughter attend the Sherman, Texas, congregation of the Church of God, a Worldwide Association.

Erica Golden grew up in California, Idaho and Ohio, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati, where she studied food and nutrition science. After her dietetic internship in Florida, she moved to Texas to attend Foundation Institute.

She has been a registered dietitian since 2015 and currently runs a telehealth nutrition practice, where she works with clients with digestive illness, eating disorders, trauma history and mental health challenges. She has authored two books about nutrition and mental health. 

Erica loves music, writing, baking, traveling, learning and everything outdoors. She is a two-time marathoner and thrives on the written word, hugs and deep conversations. She relishes quiet Sabbath mornings on the patio, watching the sunrise, drinking a cup of coffee and talking to her husband.
